Can I return my item?

Non Personalised Products

For items that are non personalised, returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The cost of the return is to be covered by the customer.

Any damages/errors must be reported within 2 working days of the item being delivered. Please do not destroy or dispose of an item even if it is faulty unless instructed to do so by us, as this may result in a refund be refused. We may ask for the item to be returned to us. If so, we will provide a returns label.

All returns must be returned within 7 days of the date they were authorised on. Any returns are the customers responsibility until the item(s) have arrived safely back to us. Refunds, postage reimbursement or replacements will only be issued once the item(s) have arrived back with us. You should keep a copy of the postage receipt just in case you need to make a claim with Royal Mail / courier in event of lost/delayed items.

Any authorised refunds will be processed within 14 days & credited back via your method of payment.

Personalised Products

Orders that are handmade to order & include personalisation are not eligible for return or refund.

However, If the item has arrived damaged , incorrect or we have made a mistake with personalisation, then please contact us and we will look to rectify the issue ASAP.
