Delivery Info
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)
We use Royal Mail Tracked Services for all orders.
Our standard service is Tracked 48 which aims to deliver within 48 hours of dispatch
We also offer an Express Service using Tracked 24 which aims to deliver the day after dispatch.
Delivery costs are as follows:
Standard Delivery £3.50
Express Delivery £5.00
Please note all delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee a specific date or time.
At peak times, delivery timelines can be impacted, so we always recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.
Missed Deliveries / Collections
If you have missed your delivery then you should receive a notification from Royal Mail either via email or a card being left. Usually, Royal Mail will try again the following day or leave the item in a safe place. If there has been a few attempted deliveries, the item may either be returned to us or held for a short period at your local sorting office. You will be notified of this by Royal Mail and given some time to collect your package. However, if the package is not collected and returned to us, this will incur a re-delivery fee of £5.00. This cost covers the re-delivery, processing and admin involved. We will contact you if we have a return awaiting redelivery with a payment link. Once this has been paid, we can arrange re-delivery of the item. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, your package will be held with us for 30 days, then disposed of.
